Queensland Chinese Association of Scientists and Engineers 昆士蘭華人科學家工程師協會
QCASE is a non-political, non-religious and non-profit professional organisation for Chinese scientists and engineers in Queensland. We promote cooperation between Australia and China in science, technology and education.
昆士蘭華人科學家和工程師協會 (QCASE) 是昆士蘭華人科學家和工程師的非政治、非宗教、非營利性專業組織。QCASE促進澳大利亞和中國在科學、技術和教育方面的合作。 我們的創始團隊由代表昆士蘭大學、教育機構、研究機構、高科技公司和政府的中國科學和工程專業人士組成。
2015年7月，昆華科協（QCASE）與中國西北民族大學（NWUN）簽署合作備忘錄
On 25 July 2002, a representative group of Chinese scientific and engineering professionals incorporated QCASE.
Our founding group consisted of Chinese scientific and engineering professionals representing universities, educational institutions, research organisations, high-tech companies and governments in Queensland.
2002 年 7 月 25 日，一批中國科學和工程專業人士代表成立了昆士蘭華人科學家和工程師協會 (昆華科協)。
昆華科協的創始人在昆士蘭州的大學、教育機構、研究機構、高科技公司和政府部門工作。
QCASE has more than 200 members. These include well-known Queensland academics, scientists and engineers from:
universities
research institutes and organisations
high-tech companies
all levels of government.
Our members provide a wide range of expertise in science, engineering, education, the arts and business.

Since its incorporation, QCASE has hosted and organised many conferences and events to exchange scientific and technological knowledge between China and Australia. For example, on 2 Sep 2023, the President of University of Surrey UK, Prof. Max Lu gave a wonderful talk “Academic Career and Leadership Development in a Rapidly Changing World”. A panel discussion was held after the talk, where Prof Yuantong Gu (QUT), Nina Shen (Queensland Health), Assoc Prof Erwin Oh (Griffith), Prof Xiwang Zhang (UQ) shared their experience and insights with more than 100 young academics and researchers in Queensland.
自成立以來，昆華科協主辦和組織了許多會議和活動，以促進中澳之間的科技知識交流。 例如， 2023年9月2日，昆華科協邀請薩里大學 (University of Surrey UK) 校長Max Lu(逯高清)教授做了題為「快速變化的世界中的學術生涯和領導力發展」的精彩演講。 演講結束後舉行了小組討論，Yuantong Gu (顧元通)教授（昆士蘭科技大學）、Nina Shen（昆士蘭衛生部）、Erwin Oh 副教授（格里菲斯大學）、Xiwang Zhang (張西旺) 教授（昆士蘭大學）與昆士蘭100多位年輕學者和研究人員分享了他們的經驗和見解。
